I wanted to draw a header for the guestbook, and I started thinking.

In my previous entry, I mentioned my OC, Hoshi, and the fact I ideated many possible backgrounds of the character. In one of those, she and her not-brother Cesare (depicted in this very fanart) are involved with the capital of my totally not Italy inspired Pokémon region (so, totally not Rome), with clothes that are a bit of a mix between ancient Roman Empire style clothes and other stuff (I promise I will make character sheets when I can. Too many hobbies, too little time).

Aren't Pompeii's walls very much... a guestbook? If you have never looked up the stuff people wrote on those, go look it up online, it's pretty hilarious. Humanity hasn't changed much in time. So, I went and drew Cesare caught in the act of scribbling something on the wall accompanied by his partner Aegislash.
